১৫ ফেব্রুয়ারি শুরু হবে এসএসসি ও সমমানের পরীক্ষা। এবার এসএসসি, দাখিল, এসএসসি (ভোকেশনাল) ও দাখিল (ভোকেশনাল) পরীক্ষায় মোট পরীক্ষার্থী ২০ লাখ ২৪ হাজার ১৯২ জন। ২৯ হাজার ৭৩৫টি শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষার্থীরা তাতে অংশ নেবে। মোট ৩ হাজার ৭০০টি কেন্দ্রে হবে এই পরীক্ষা। এসএসসি ও সমমানের পরীক্ষা উপলক্ষে ১৩ ফেব্রুয়ারি থেকে আগামী ১২ মার্চ দেশের সব কোচিং সেন্টার বন্ধ থাকবে।

সভায় সিদ্ধান্ত হয়, কেন্দ্রসচিব ছাড়া পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রে অন্য কেউ মুঠোফোন বা অননুমোদিত ইলেকট্রনিক ডিভাইস ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না। কেন্দ্রসচিব ছবি তোলা ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারের সুবিধাবিহীন একটি সাধারণ (ফিচার) ফোন ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। অননুমোদিত ফোন বা ইলেকট্রনিক ডিভাইস ব্যবহারকারীদের বিরুদ্ধে বিধি অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে। ট্রেজারি বা থানা থেকে প্রশ্নপত্র গ্রহণ ও পরিবহন কাজে নিয়োজিত কর্মকর্তা, শিক্ষক, কর্মচারীরা কোনো ফোন ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না এবং প্রশ্নপত্র বহনের কাজে কালো কাচযুক্ত মাইক্রোবাস বা এরূপ কোনো যানবাহন ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
